Tib Belza is the
Broker/Owner of Sunwest Real Estate, and has 21-years
experience combined in real estate and construction. A life
long time resident of Yuba County, graduate of UC Davis and
rice farmer, he specializes in farmland, income properties
and agricultural land.

Sutter County, Tib's experience as a former County

Sunwest Real Estate, Inc., Diana has been selling Foothill Real
Estate since 1989. She is an elite charter member of the Nevada
County Association of Realtors®
Masters Club and a full member with the Yuba/Sutter
association of Realtors®. Designing and building houses has
been Diana's passion for over 23 years having been influenced by
her general contractor father; she has built three homes of her
own in the foothills, so far. This knowledge helps her answer
all your questions ranging from county requirements to resale
for investment purposes. Diana also has the pleasure of working
with several building contractors in the area providing them
with feed back as to what current trends are and what buyers are
looking for in terms of floor plans and features.
Diana's latest project was designing a new foothill
subdivision. Working closely with the developer and the various
county and government entities required with a project of this
magnitude. The 200 + acres divided into 5+ acre parcels
now finished and "Fargo Hill" is now a proud
showcase of the foothills. Diana is the Exclusive Agent
for "Fargo Hill" with its creeks, views, paved roads & power.
Diana is also the Mother of three grown children, having
proudly raised all three in our foothills fresh air and friendly
country environment. This also comes in handy with buyers who
would like information on our schools and various sports and
clubs for the kids. Diana's hobbies include
Quading the great outdoors and fishing most of our
nearby lakes and rivers. (In the summer of 2002 Diana reeled in
a 42 lb Salmon – her current record!).
